WITB is a Mixed Bag for Top 3 at The Player’s Championship

Fujikura Speeders WebThe top 3 at The Players had quite an array of clubs and shafts in their bags.  Martin Kaymer played Graphite Design DI shafts in his TaylorMade SLDR driver, 3 wood and hybrid and True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue shafts in his irons and wedges.  Jim Furyk played Fujikura Motore Speeder shafts in his Callaway Big Bertha driver and 3 wood, UST Mamiya ProForce VTS in his hybrid, KBS Tour 110 R hard-stepped in his RAZR X Forged irons, and True Temper Dynamic Gold S400 shafts in his wedges.  Sergio Garcia, getting one of his best finishes recently, plays Mitsubishi Rayon Diamana Whiteboard 103x shafts in all of his TaylorMade SLDR woods, and Nippon N.S. Pro Tour 130X in his TaylorMade irons and wedges.  What is even more interesting, something we all should pay attention to, is that Jim Furyk’s driver length is 44 3/8″ and Sergio only plays his driver at 43″!  Control is the key for theses guys!  Also shows that equipment, especially shafts, are totally fit to the unique swing and dynamics of each golfer!
