So Want More Distance With Your Driver?

I know this may sound a little off the charts, but we did a fitting this weekend and helped one of our customers pick up 35 yards, AND stop snap hooking his drives into the next fairway.  Now, granted, his club head speed was in the 110-113 mph range so he was hitting it 250 on our TrackMan ball flight monitor, but with the proper shaft and driver loft, we tightened his dispersion to +/- 10 yards and increased his distance to 285 yards.  We put a low-launch, low spin MATRIX 6M3 shaft in his driver.  Of course, distance was not the issue in this case, but it is nice to know that when you tighten shot dispersion, you usually increase distance.
