Yes, you can play golf with a “spare tire” and yes you can play golf when you are mental state is “below par”, BUT do you really want to? Most of us are not professional athletes, so we don’t have a strict Fitness and Nutrition plan. But, I still believe in the importance of being physically fit and healthy when trying any sport. Even though we all can really play Golf in any condition, it would be really nice not to have to take a “breather” just from walking up a hill. Having a fitness and nutrition program helps your game by increasing stamina, alertness and overall physical preparedness for the game.
