Now you can see exactly how you hit your clubs to specific targets AND get a free evaluation of your driver...all while seeing how you compare to golfers around the world. The test involves you hitting 6 shots to each of 10 targets and being scored on accuracy and distance control. This report and evaluation would normally cost over $200!
The TrackMan Combine is the first in a series of tests suited for benchmarking players of all levels. Initially players on the professional Tours, in national squads, college teams, university teams, as well as single digit handicap players are targeted but the goal is to enable players of all levels to benchmark their own performance and identify the strong and weak points of their game. College coaches like Conrad Ray, Mens Golf Coach at Stanford University are using TrackMan Combine results to evaluate the skill levels of potential scholarship players, just like other sports including football and baseball.
Since May, 2010, thousands of golfers, ranging from the worlds top touring professionals to your average weekend warrior have tested their shot -making abilities with the TrackMan Combine. Now you have a chance to test your skills and compare your abilities against golfers in your state, age group, handicap and more.
The Test:
The TrackMan Combine tests the golfer's skill in hitting 6 shots to each of 10 targets/zones (60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 120, 140, 160 and 180 yards, plus the driver). Each participant is allowed 50 minutes to complete the test.
What You Get:
Each player receives the following feedback:
- Average Distance from the pin to each target
- Average Drive Distance
- Average Offline for Drives
- Score (0-100) for every shot category
- Percentile Rankings for every shot category
- Aggregate TrackMan Combine Score
- Driver fitting evaluation
The highest possible score is 100. The highest score on the PGA Tour is Luke Donald at 86 (no surprise he won the Par 3 event at the Masters, huh?). See how good you are at these distances and where you need some work. As part of the testing, each participant will receive a driver fitting evaluation.
Entry Fee: $85
Our goal is to have a second Combine at the end of the season so participants can track their progress over the next few months.
